As a courtesy we will file claims to your primary insurance carrier. (Please contact your insurance company to make sure our office is in network before coming to be seen.)
We are contracted with most insurances and are available to answer questions prior to services if needed.
We also offer a self-pay fee schedule for those that are uncovered or out of network.
We now accept both primary and secondary insurances.
