Parent Support – FAQ’s

Northlake Children’s Associates has a clinical pediatric advice assistant during regular office hours to answer the majority of questions concerning your child. We will make all  attempts to return your call within an hour. Calls received after 3pm may not be returned until the next day, however our after hours answering service is still available by calling our main line (704) 663-5240.

Flu Clinic Times are available seasonally (typically October-December). Check our facebook page for updates as that season approaches. Clinics will be held multiple times a week; just call our office to schedule at (704) 663-5240. If you have an upcoming appointment scheduled, feel free to complete the Flu Clinic Form prior to arrival (located under the patient forms tab).

After-hours calls will be answered by RNs at our answering service-TeleHealth Solutions. Calls should be returned within the hour by our after hours service. Should any questions or concerns arise please report them to us when our office reopens. TeleHealth is not affiliated with Northlake Children’s Associates therefore we will forward concerns to the Managers at TeleHealth Solutions.
