Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
A RN is available for answering non-emergency questions,
after business hours, with our answering service.

Triage calls are returned by our clinical staff. Call received after 3:00pm may not be returned until the next business day if the calls are non-emergent.

For prescription refills please call your pharmacy with your request and they will contact us if a new prescription is needed. Exception: Prescriptions for ADD/ADHD medications which are filled in our office. Please allow 24 hours for these prescriptions and should be picked up by legal guardian.

After hours calls will be answered by RN's at our monitoring service.

New patients should arrive 15 minutes early for their appointments. Paper work is available on-line here on our website to be completed prior to arriving at the office. Please have your insurance card available at the time of check in.

We do complete school forms and physical forms but please allow 48-72 hrs. for completion.
