Appointments

At NorthLake Children's Associates, we try to run on schedule; so please try to be on time for your appointment. In fairness to our other clients, if you are more than 15 minutes for your appointment, you will be asked to re-schedule.

During your visit to our office, please turn off all cell phones and pagers. We ask that you do so out of consideration for our staff and other clients.

At NorthLake Children's Associates we offer same day appointments. Out of consideration for our patients who have scheduled appointments, please do not "walk in" without calling to first schedule an appointment. This includes siblings of patients with already scheduled appointments. Every effort will be made to fit you in as the schedule permits. Our phones are active every workday at 8:30am.

Insurance

We have contracts with most major insurance companies. Check with your insurance company to determine if we are a preferred provider. If we are not affiliated with your insurance provider, or you are without coverage, payment is expected at the time of service. Co-payments & deductibles are expected at time of service. If you have a change in insurance, or any financial issues, please contact our Office Manager so we can work with you.
